(8) (listed as a son). Charles and Oliva had been married for 19 years. Charles, a laborer at the rubber company, had come to the United States in 1878, Oliva in 1881. They were both born in Sweden. (8) (listed as a son). Olivia and Charles had been married for 19 years. Charles, a laborer at the rubber company, had come to the United States in 1878, Olivia in 1881. (14), Winnie A. (10), and Salmon (Selma?) (8) (listed as a son). 

        At the time of the 1920 Census, Oscar was 37 years old, a barber, and living at 105 Derby Avenue, New Haven, CT (2-WD - Series: T625; Roll: 191; Page: 131; District: 316), with his wife, Emma (32); his daughter, Olive (15), studying music; his father-in-law, Robert Von Rufs (70), Lathe Hand at an air spring factory; and his mother-in-law, Barbara (64). His in-laws were both born in Switzerland, and emigrated to the US in 1879.

        At the time of the 1930 Census, Oscar was 47 years old, and living at 854 Edgewood Avenue, New Haven, CT (30-WD - Series: T626; Roll: 278; Page: 148; District: 97), with his wife, Emma (44), born in New Jersey; son, Robert (9); and his father-in-law, Robert Von Rufs (81), and mother-in-law, Barbara (77). Oscar was a barber, who owned his own business.

DEATH: Oscar died at the age of 70, on 15 Jan 1954, in West Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut.

        In 1931, Alvida and Alvin lived at 39 Main Street, West Haven, CT. In 1932, they lived at 75 Hall Street, West Haven, CT. Alvin worked at Moore Brothers (storage batteries), 19 Water Street, West Haven, CT (New Haven Area, Connecticut City Directory, 1931 & 1932).

        At the time of the 1930 Census, Arthur was 41 years old, and living at 23 New Street, Naugatuck, CT (3-WD - Series: T626; Roll: 274; Page: 96; District: 183), with his wife, Hazel G. (possibly Nelson), 35 years old (b 1894, CT). Arthur worked in a clothing store.

        In 1946, C. Arthur and his wife, Hazel G., lived at 99 Walnut Street, Naugatuck, CT (Waterbury, Naugatuck, and Watertown Connecticut City Directory, 1946).  Arthur was a men's clothing salesman at the M. Freedman Company, 191 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT. 

DEATH: Arthur died at the age of 98, on 29 Jan 1986, in Naugatuck, CT.

(24); his mother-in-law, Catherine Nixon (60), head of household, and a sorter at the rubber mill; and his son, William A. (1 year, 11 months). They had all been born in CT.

        At the time of the 1930 Census, Harry was 35 years old, an electrician at the rubber mill, and living at 153 Scott Street, Naugatuck, CT (1-WD - Series: T626; Roll: 274; Page: 29; District: 179), with his wife, Loretta (34), his mother-in-law, Catherine Nixon (74); and his sons, William A. (12), and Harry Jr. (8). Harry Sr. was listed as the head of household.
